Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Voxzy. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

• Voxzy is a software tool for trade businesses. We don't perform the work — the trade business does. The agreement between the trade business and their customer is between those two parties.
• Pricing for the platform is shown on our pricing page. A per-payment platform fee applies to payments processed through Voxzy and is disclosed at the time of payment setup.
• You can cancel any time. Your data is yours; export and deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system — spamming customers, processing fraudulent charges, etc.
• The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it up and accurate; if we drop the ball you let us know and we'll make it right.

SMS Communications

By checking the SMS consent box on the service request form, the end customer agrees to receive transactional text messages from the trade business via the Voxzy platform. Messages include appointment confirmations, estimate notifications, payment receipts, and an optional review request. Typical frequency is 2–5 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of receiving service from any business using Voxzy.
