Privacy Policy

Voxzy is currently in private beta. Our full privacy policy is being finalized alongside our launch. In the meantime, here's a plain-English summary of what we do with your data:

• We collect what trade businesses give us — customer names, phone numbers, addresses, job notes, photos, and signatures — so we can help them quote and get paid.
• We don't sell that data. Ever.
• Customers who interact with a business through Voxzy's FixLink only ever share data with that business. Voxzy is the tool, not the audience.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• SMS messages are sent through Twilio. Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out — and that opt-out is honored across every business on Voxzy.
