Voxzy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy describes how Voxzy handles your data. It applies to all use of our platform and is updated as our product evolves.
- We collect what trade businesses give us — customer names, phone numbers, addresses, job notes, photos, and signatures — so we can help them quote and get paid.
- We don't sell that data. Ever.
- Customers who interact with a business through Voxzy's FixLink only ever share data with that business. Voxzy is the tool, not the audience.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Text Messages (SMS)
Voxzy sends transactional text messages on behalf of the trade business serving you. Consent is collected explicitly when the customer checks an unchecked-by-default consent box on their own service request form. No text message is sent to any customer before that consent is recorded. See our full SMS consent policy for details.
- What you'll receive: appointment confirmations, estimate notifications, payment receipts, and an optional review request for the specific service you booked. No marketing or promotional messages, ever.
- Frequency: typically 2–5 messages per service request.
- Cost: standard message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-out is honored immediately and across all businesses using Voxzy.
- Help: reply HELP or contact hello@voxzy.app.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver service-related communications from the business you booked, via Twilio.
